Welcome to Dark Black Wallpaper HD. These Terms of Use govern your use of the App, including all wallpapers available within the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides wallpapers for personal use on your device. You may download and use the wallpapers provided by the App for this purpose only.

You are prohibited from redistributing, selling, sublicensing, or using the wallpapers for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Dark Black Wallpaper HD.

2. Exclusive Wallpapers

The App includes exclusive wallpapers created by Hybrid labs and Dark Black Wallpaper HD. All Exclusive Wallpapers are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Exclusive Wallpapers for personal use only on your devices.

You may not distribute, share, modify, reproduce, or use the Exclusive Wallpapers in any way that is not expressly permitted by these Terms without prior written permission from PhoneWalls.

3. Stock Wallpapers

The App also includes stock wallpapers from various smartphone manufacturers. These wallpapers are provided for personal use on your device.

Dark Black Wallpaper HD does not claim ownership of these stock wallpapers, and their use is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturers.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the App to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content (except Stock Wallpapers), including but not limited to Exclusive Wallpapers, designs, logos, and other materials available within the App, are owned by Dark Black Wallpaper HD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App or downloading wallpapers.

6. Termination

Dark Black Wallpaper HD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PhoneWalls does not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dark Black Wallpaper HD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

Dark Black Wallpaper HD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
